Outcomes of PC and server repair, data recovery, network engineering and data center work depend on objective factors such as the pre-existing condition of the device, ageing or physical damage of the storage media, third-party hardware compatibility, and whether the device has been opened or serviced by others. We inspect the device first and will tell you honestly what is feasible, but we do not guarantee a specific repair success rate, recovery success rate, recovery completeness or turnaround time.
"No recovery, no fee" applies only to diagnostic and data recovery services for which we explicitly state that policy, as confirmed on the service order. Parts, consumables, travel and third-party handling costs already incurred are excluded.
Please back up important data before handing in your device. Repair, operating system reinstallation, drive replacement, storage expansion, dust removal, firmware flashing, and data recovery procedures such as powering up the media, opening the drive, repairing firmware or imaging the platters may further degrade a device or medium that is already failing, and may even make the data unrecoverable.
Articles in our knowledge base and industry news sections are written for readers with some hands-on experience and are intended to explain fault mechanisms and troubleshooting logic. If you follow them and disassemble a device, reflash firmware, replace components, short pins, discharge capacitors or use third-party tools, you do so at your own risk; such actions may void the manufacturer warranty or damage the device. For a safe outcome, please contact us for on-site or drop-off service.
