Do not force a restart or rebuild the array after server downtime; record the status of the indicators and error messages before the failure; provide IPMI/remote access to significantly reduce diagnostic time.

Stop all writes to the device immediately after data loss; do not run the disk repair tool (chkdsk) on your own; do not power on repeatedly. Do not disassemble the disk on your own after physical failure.

Please confirm that the property/landlord agrees to the wiring before construction; provide the floor plan of the house to help with accurate planning; please accept the photos on site before the completion of the concealed project to avoid disputes in the later period.

Clarify bandwidth/power/IP requirements before hosting; confirm data backup strategy; understand SLA service level agreement terms; suggest dual racks or remote disaster recovery for important business.

Clear budget and main purpose before purchase; ask for formal invoice and warranty card; apply for prototype trial for bulk purchase; keep packaging box for return.
