If you need server hosting, we can help you engage a licensed IDC provider or a telecom operator (or its authorised agent), and we handle equipment racking, system deployment, network tuning and day-to-day operations. Data-centre space, racks, bandwidth and power, and the fees for them, are contracted, charged and invoiced directly by the licensed provider.

What we provide

We do not supply data-centre space, racks or bandwidth. What we provide around "hosting" is the technical and operational work:

Needs assessment and planning: We assess power draw, bandwidth and availability requirements and propose a suitable configuration and budget.
Provider matching and coordination: We help you engage a licensed IDC provider or telecom operator (or its authorised agent), compare quotes, review terms and sign.
Equipment racking and deployment: Device testing, racking, cable management, labelling and power-on testing.
System deployment and data migration: OS and application installation, configuration, data migration and backup verification.
Network tuning: Network design, routing and firewall policy, connectivity optimisation.
Day-to-day operations and maintenance: 24x7 remote monitoring, inspections, fault response and hardware maintenance, on demand.

Data-centre space, bandwidth, power and public IP addresses - and the fees for them - are contracted and charged directly by the licensed provider. We neither collect those fees nor resell those resources.

How the fees work

There are two parts, and we set both out clearly, as agreed between us:

Technical service / operations fee: Charged by us, based on the number of devices, scope of work and response level. Monthly or annual payment, with a discount for annual.
Data-centre resource fees: Rack space, bandwidth, power and public IP addresses are charged and invoiced directly by the licensed IDC provider or telecom operator. We do not collect, resell or mark up those fees.

Not sure how much capacity you need? We assess your equipment and traffic first and propose the most economical plan, so you neither overbuy nor run short.

⚠️ Three things to check when choosing an IDC provider:One is to look at the power and network level of the server room (whether it is dual-circuit power or multi-line BGP); the other is to see how SLA (Service Level Agreement) promises and how to compensate for failures; the third is to see whether it supports visiting at any time and flexible rental refund. Don't just look at the price. The money saved by unstable server rooms will be returned sooner or later.

An e-commerce company moved into an IDC facility - no more failures during peak sales

In 2026 an e-commerce company was still running its servers in its own office, and everything slowed down at peak load or when the network fluctuated. The previous year it had lost heavily in a power outage during Double 11. We helped it engage a licensed IDC provider, selected a facility with dual power feeds, multi-line BGP and precision cooling, and supported the contract process. We then handled racking, system deployment, data migration and backup verification. Since the move it has been through several major sales events with zero server failures, and page load speed improved by 40% thanks to network optimisation.

A start-up: hybrid of hosted core data and cloud front end

In June 2026 a start-up did not want to invest in a server room up front. We designed a hybrid solution: we helped it engage an IDC provider to house its database servers for security and performance, while the web front end runs on cloud instances that scale elastically. We handled deployment, migration and ongoing operations on both sides. Are the data centre and the racks your own?

Data-centre space and racks are provided by licensed IDC providers or telecom operators; they are not our own assets. Our role is technical service: we help you engage the licensed provider or its authorised agent, and we handle racking, system deployment, network tuning and day-to-day operations. Fees for racks, bandwidth and power are charged and invoiced directly by the licensed provider.

Hosted or Cloud Virtual Machine, Which?

Depending on demand. Cloud Virtual Machine is flexible, pay-as-you-go, hardware maintenance-free, and suitable for scenarios with large business fluctuations and rapid iterations. Hosting is self-owned physical equipment, with controllable performance, complete data control, and lower long-term cost. It is also suitable for those with high performance and data sovereignty requirements. Hybrid solutions are often used. We recommend them after analysis.

Is the data safe when the server is hosted?

Security. Equipment ownership belongs to you, rack can be locked, room access control and monitoring, without your permission no one can access the equipment. Data level we recommend their own encryption and backup. Select qualified, good reputation room is the premise.

What if the server fails during hosting?

The staff on duty in the server room will find and notify them at the first time. Simple restart and indicator light confirmation will be handled by the server room; hardware failure needs to be repaired by us or arranged by you. We provide hosting coordination plus a maintenance package, so faults are answered faster.

Can we visit the server room before deciding?

Of course, and we recommend it. Legitimate data centres welcome site visits - power, cooling, monitoring and management. We can arrange a joint visit with the licensed provider, so you can see for yourself before signing.
