What does our cleaning and maintenance do (not just blow dust)

A lot of shops outside "dust cleaning" is to blow air, dust blowing into deeper gaps, fans are not removed. Our standard process:

Teardown test record: Record the current temperature (standby/full load) before disassembly, compare it to you after completion, and speak the effect data.
Complete disassembly of the cooling module: Laptop removed to the motherboard level, remove the fan and cooling copper pipe; desktop removed CPU radiator, graphics card (independent cleaning), power supply (power supply internal dust is a fire hazard).
Ultrasonic/brush + air blowing combination cleaning: Fin gap with thin brush with air blowing, fan blades one by one wipe (dust on the blades will cause dynamic balance imbalance, which is one of the sources of noise).
Replacement of thermal paste: The original thermal paste will dry into powder in two or three years. We uniformly replace Xinyue 7921 or Limin TF7 (these two models are recognized as the king of cost performance in the maintenance industry). Users with strong hands-on ability have no problem cleaning dust themselves. We give several maintenance workers a summary of the bottom line:

electrostatic discharge: unplug the power supply, remove the battery (removable), press the power button a few times to discharge the remaining electricity, touch the metal water pipe discharge. The motherboard is most afraid of static electricity, especially in winter dry.
Don't wipe the motherboard with a damp cloth: Clean the dust on the motherboard with a soft bristle brush + air blowing, no liquid is acceptable. The air blowing tank must be held upright. If it is inverted, liquid refrigerant will spray out, and dripping onto the motherboard will be an accident.
Screw classification: The length of the screws varies according to the position of the laptop. The long screws screwed into the short holes will penetrate the motherboard. Take the magnetic pad or the compartment box and place it according to the position.
Don't put too much silicone on it.: Rice grain size is enough to be pressed open, but it is troublesome to overflow to the motherboard components (although most thermal paste is not conductive, but silver is conductive).

If you find that the cable buckle structure is complicated or the fan screw is rusty, don't come hard, send it to us for treatment, and the loss of hard disassembly and breakage is ten times more expensive than the ash removal fee.
