In these cases, it is cheaper to reinstall the system than to repair it.

System problems have a characteristic: minor problems can be repaired, but the problem accumulated more, repair time is longer than the reload. In the following cases we generally recommend reloading:

Start for more than 2 minutes, daily operation stuck: System disk fragmentation, boot items accumulation, too much residual software. Clean it again than reload it again, after reinstalling the boot generally can be pressed to 20 seconds (SSD).
Pop-up ads can't be closed, browser homepage is locked: Rogue software or hijacked Trojan, manual clearance is often not clean, registry residue will be repeated regeneration.
System file corruption, update failure loop: Windows update to half of the power, forced removal of hard drive, will cause component storage damage. SFC/DISM repair invalid, reload is the only thorough solution.
Blue screen frequent but hardware detection normal: Driver conflicts, system patch fights. Reload + official website driver is a standard troubleshooting step.
Refurbished/end-of-service handover computer: Unknown system may have keylogger, remote control backdoor. Format reload is responsible for their own.

Our reassembly process: data security comes first

Reinstalling the system is most afraid of losing data. Our process is designed around this point:

Step 1: Data Inventory: Pick up first ask three questions-desktop/documents/photos do you want? Browser favorites and passwords do you want? WeChat QQ chat records do you want? Register item by item.
Step 2: Data backup: Migrate all user data to backup disk; export WeChat chat records with WeChat migration tool; export browser data to bookmark files. The system will not be activated until you confirm the backup is complete.

Win 10 or Win11? How to choose an old machine

This is the most frequently asked question before reloading, giving you a straightforward criterion:

About system reinstallation and optimization, we are often asked

Will reloading the system lose data?

According to our process will not. Before reloading will be desktop, documents, images, browser data, WeChat records one by one backup and confirmed by you. If you have copied important data, you can also choose to quickly reload.

How long does it take to reload?

The standard process takes 2-3 hours (including backup and software installation), which can be taken on the same day. If the hard drive data volume is large (more than 500G) or deep tuning is required, it may take until the next day. We will explain in advance.

Can you reassemble the system on-site?

Panyu, Nansha can on-site, charges more than RMB 30–50 to shop transportation costs. But on-site reload has a limit: backup large volume of data slow, it is recommended that important information first copy a U disk.

Can Apple Computer be reinstalled?

Yes. MacBook macOS reinstallation, dual system (Boot Camp installed Windows), and Parallels virtual machine solution for M series chips are all done. M1/M2/M3 chips cannot be installed with traditional dual systems, so virtual machines are needed, and the installation is smooth enough.

Can the home-made system (Kirin/UOS/Deepen) run the customary Windows software?

Unit to install Kirin/UOS is not used to, can change back to Windows?

Technically, it is completely possible. It takes more than an hour to reinstall Windows. However, two points should be reminded first: first, the machines uniformly distributed by the unit may have access control, so it is suggested to ask the IT of the unit before changing the system, otherwise it may not be connected to the intranet or be marked by the desk management system; second, the hardware of some China-made machines (such as a specific model of fingerprint, card reader) under Windows but no driver.
